The paint shop enables powder coating using the CORONA method with GEMA equipment.
We paint steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized parts with maximum dimensions of up to 7m. We use paints for both external and internal applications, according to the RAL palette, ranging from gloss to matte, with smooth or textured coatings.
We use high-quality powder paints from renowned manufacturers. The paint shop is equipped with a cleaning and preserving system as well as a drying room. Internal control over the concentration of chemicals in the tanks allows us to maintain the highest degreasing standards.

The paints used are free from heavy metal additives. The work is carried out in accordance with European health and safety standards and in compliance with environmental requirements.
Additionally, we offer wet painting using the spray-electrostatic method.
Excellent spray quality and special spray heads and nozzles guarantee high-quality finishing during each spray and repeatability. This method provides us with good corrosion protection through priming and topcoat painting.
