Press-fit connectors, pneumatic-hydraulic riveting, locksmith works
Our wide technological offer allows for the use of PEM type press-fit connectors as well as pneumatic-hydraulic riveting.
The pneumatic press is used for pressing all types of PEM fasteners, ranging in sizes from M2 to M10.
The pressing force of the punch is continuously adjustable in the range from 2.26 kN to 54.36 kN.
The use of press-fit elements allows for the creation of a highly load-bearing and durable threaded connection for sheet metal from 0.63mm. The assembly of the elements is done by pressing them in, and these elements have a high load-bearing capacity in terms of torque and axial force. The holes do not require special preparation, such as countersinking or milling.
The "reverse" side of the sheet remains undeformed. This process guarantees us low assembly costs for the elements and is possible with coated or painted sheets.
We also have pneumatic riveters for all types of rivets. This process is ideal where high reliability of connections and resistance to shocks and vibrations are required.
Locksmith works allow us to enrich the offer with drilling, threading, chamfering, cutting, brushing, etc.
